  • What is the cost of hiring on the MeetFrank platform?

    There are three payment plans available: The Starter, The Plus, and Unlimited. If your hiring needs are up to 2 positions, we advise you to go with The Starter plan. If you need to have up to 4 active openings simultaneously, then The Plus plan is the way to go. In case your hiring needs exceed that, then contact us to get a personal offer for the Unlimited plan and hire without limits.

  • When will I get charged?

    All payments are done based on your selected billing cycle - either 30 days, 6 months, or annually. You will be charged upfront for the next period’s subscription plan when the subscription starts. Invoices are sent out immediately after successful payment.

    In case you upgrade your plan or add an additional slot in the middle of the subscription period, then the additional charge for the period will be pro-rated based on the days left in that subscription period.

  • Can I ask for a refund?

    We do not offer a refund on any paid subscription plans. However, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time. After cancellation, you will not be billed for the next payment cycle.

  • What payment methods do you offer?

    We offer credit card payments and payments by invoice.

  • What happens if I exceed the number of active job offers available with my subscription plan?

    In case you exceed the number of active job openings available with your plan, you will see a notification and will need to confirm the purchase of an additional slot. You can also pause older job offers to make room for the new ones, this way you might not need to add another slot to your subscription plan.

  • How can I remove slots, that I don’t need anymore?

    If you want to downsize your job openings slots count, you can either deactivate an opening or cancel the slot from your billing information page in the employer web.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    All our plans are auto-renewed after 30 days period. To cancel an ongoing subscription, please contact your MeetFrank account manager or write at support@meetfrank.com. Please note that your subscription plan will end when the current subscription period has ended.
